Step 1 - Select background picture Go to file, open and select a picture to open |

| Step 2 - Create New layer Then go create File, New and select the present to international paper Choose A4 size |

| Step 3 - Pull the background to the new preset layer |
 |
| Step 4 - Resize the image Press Ctrl-T on the background and adjust the picture to A4 size |
